By downloading and using Divix ("the app"), you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any of these terms, please do not use the application.

1. Description of the service

Divix is an iOS currency exchange app that lets users convert between more than 150 world currencies, view historical exchange-rate charts and save favorite currencies. The application is provided for informational and educational purposes only.

The app is licensed to you on a personal, non-transferable and non-exclusive basis for private use. The following is expressly prohibited:

The exchange rates and conversions provided by Divix are for informational and indicative purposes only. Divix does not provide financial, tax, legal or currency-trading advice.

The results shown may differ from those offered by your bank, money-transfer service or currency-exchange office due to spreads, commissions, fees or other variables not factored into the mid-market rate. Always confirm the final amount with your provider before making any transaction.

4. Accuracy of data

We strive to provide accurate, up-to-date exchange rates from trusted public data providers. However, we do not guarantee that the rates are free of errors, delays or interruptions, nor that they match the rates offered by any specific bank or exchange service. Use the data at your own risk.

5. Intellectual property

All intellectual property rights in the Divix app — including the source code, design, icons, text and graphics — are the exclusive property of its creators. All rights not expressly granted in these terms are reserved.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the creators of Divix shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages resulting from the use of, or inability to use, the app, including financial decisions made on the basis of the rates shown in the app.

7. Service availability

We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue the app at any time, with or without prior notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension or discontinuation of the service.

8. Updates

We may release app updates periodically. These updates may include new features, bug fixes or interface changes. You are encouraged to keep the app updated to the latest version available on the App Store.

9. Changes to the terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Use at any time. The updated version will be available on this page with the new revision date. Continued use of the app after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute arising from the use of the app shall be submitted to the competent courts of Spain.
