Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how Divix ("the app", "we", "us") handles information when you use our iOS application.

1. Data we do NOT collect

The app does not require any sign-up or user account. We do not collect:

Name, surname or email address
Phone number
Passwords
Location data
Contacts, photos or any personal information

2. Data that is used

2.1 Your preferences

All settings you configure inside the app (favorite currencies, base currency, theme) are stored only on your device using the local system storage. These preferences are never sent to any external server or shared with third parties.

2.2 Exchange-rate data

Divix fetches up-to-date currency exchange rates from public financial data providers. These requests transmit only the currencies being queried — never any personal information about you. Cached rates are stored locally so you can keep using the app offline.

2.3 Usage analytics

The app may collect aggregated and anonymous usage data through Apple App Analytics to improve the experience. This data contains no personally identifiable information. You can disable this tracking from your iPhone Settings.

2.4 Crash reports

If a crash occurs, the app may send automatic diagnostic reports through Apple TestFlight / App Store Connect. These reports do not include any personal data or financial information.

3. Advertising (Google AdMob)

The free version displays ads through Google AdMob. Before showing personalized ads, the app asks for your permission via Apple's App Tracking Transparency (ATT) dialog.

If you accept: AdMob may use the advertising identifier (IDFA) to show you relevant ads.
If you decline: only contextual, non-personalized ads are shown.

You can permanently remove ads via a one-time in-app purchase. You can also change the tracking permission at any time from Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.

4. In-app purchases (StoreKit)

The only available purchase is the permanent removal of ads (one-time payment). Purchases are processed through the Apple App Store. We never store or have access to your payment information. Apple manages the entire process under its own terms and privacy policy.

5. Third parties

The only third parties that may receive technical data are:

Apple Inc. — Analytics and crash reports under Apple's privacy policy: apple.com/legal/privacy
Google AdMob — Advertising in the free version, only with your ATT consent.
Exchange-rate providers — Anonymous requests to fetch market rates; no personal data is transmitted.

6. Data retention

All locally stored preferences and cached rates can be removed at any time by uninstalling the app. There is no backup of your data on our servers because we never store it.

7. Minors

The app is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you are a parent or guardian and have any questions, please contact us.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the latest revision was made. Significant changes will be notified through an app update.
