How many currencies does Divix support?

Divix supports more than 150 world currencies, including all major reserve currencies (USD, EUR, GBP, JPY, CHF, CNY) and many emerging-market and exotic ones. The full list is available inside the app under the currency picker.
Where do the exchange rates come from?

Divix uses public financial data providers that aggregate mid-market exchange rates from international currency markets. Rates refresh continuously throughout the day so you always see the latest available data.
Why is the rate in the app different from the one at my bank?

Divix shows mid-market rates, which is the midpoint between the buy and sell prices on global markets. Banks, exchange offices and money-transfer services add their own spread, commission or fee, so the final rate you receive will usually be slightly less favorable. Use Divix to know the "real" rate, then compare it against your provider's offer.
Does Divix work without an internet connection?

Yes. The last fetched rates are cached on your device, so you can keep converting even when you have no signal — perfect for trips abroad. Once you reconnect, rates refresh automatically.
How do I add a currency to my favorites?

From the currency list, tap the star icon next to any currency to pin it to your favorites. Your favorites appear at the top of the converter and update in real time as you type an amount.
How do I change the base currency?

Tap the currency code on the main converter screen and pick a new one from the list. The amount you enter will be expressed in that currency and converted to all of your favorites at the same time.
How can I remove ads?

Open Settings inside the app and choose Remove ads. It's a one-time purchase of $5.99 (or local equivalent) — no subscription, no renewals. Once unlocked, ads stay removed on all devices signed in with the same Apple ID.
I changed my iPhone — how do I restore my "Remove ads" purchase?

Open Settings inside Divix on the new device and tap Restore purchases. Make sure you are signed in with the same Apple ID you used for the original purchase.
Is Divix available for Android?

Divix is currently available only for iPhone (iOS 16 or higher). We are considering an Android version in the future.
I think a rate is wrong or out of date.

If a rate looks incorrect, please contact us with the currency pair, the value you see in the app and the value you expected. We'll investigate with our data provider and push a fix in the next update if needed.
