Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how Capital — Loans · Prepayment · Deposits ("the app", "we", "us") handles information when you use our iOS app.

1. Data we do NOT collect

The app does not require registration or a user account. We do not collect or store on external servers any of the following:

The values you enter in the app (amounts, interest rates, terms, etc.) are used solely to perform calculations on your device and are never sent to any external server.

2. Data that is used

2.1 Local storage

The app may save recent calculations or formatting preferences (currency, decimal places, etc.) exclusively in your device's local storage (iOS UserDefaults). This data is not synced to any external server and is not shared with any third party. You can delete it at any time by uninstalling the app.

2.2 Advertising (Google AdMob)

The free version displays ads through Google AdMob. Before showing personalized ads, the app requests your permission through Apple's App Tracking Transparency (ATT) dialog.

You can change this permission at any time from Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.

2.3 In-app purchases (StoreKit)

The optional purchase to remove ads is processed entirely through Apple App Store (StoreKit). We do not store or have access to your payment information, card number or banking details. Apple manages the entire payment process under its own terms and privacy policy.

2.4 Crash reporting (optional)

If you have enabled "Share analytics with app developers" on your iPhone (Settings → Privacy → Analytics & Improvements), Apple may send anonymous crash reports to the developer. These reports contain no personally identifiable information and are used solely to improve app stability.

All calculations you perform in Capital (loan amounts, interest rates, terms, contributions, etc.) are processed locally on your device and are not transmitted, stored or analyzed on any external server. Your financial activity within the app is completely private.

5. Data retention

The only data stored is the app's local preferences on your device (UserDefaults). You can delete this data at any time by uninstalling the app from your iPhone. We do not retain any data on our own servers.

6. Children's privacy

The app is suitable for all ages. We do not knowingly collect any personal data from children under 13 (or the applicable minimum age in your region). If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided personal information without your consent, please contact us so we can address it immediately.

Depending on your location, you may have rights under applicable privacy law (such as GDPR, CCPA or similar) including the right to:

Since we do not collect personally identifiable data, the exercise of these rights is primarily relevant to advertising data managed by Google, for which you should contact Google directly through their data control tools.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the most recent revision was made. Significant changes will be communicated through an app update on the App Store.
