Terms of Use

By downloading or using snowballFi ("the app", "we"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any of these terms, please do not use the app.

1. Licence

The app is distributed through the Apple App Store under Apple's standard End User Licence Agreement (EULA) , the terms of which are incorporated by reference and apply to your use of the app. In the event of a conflict, Apple's EULA terms will prevail.

2. Premium purchase

The app offers a single non-consumable in-app purchase that permanently unlocks all Premium features:

The price is shown in the App Store in the user's local currency and includes applicable taxes. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account upon purchase confirmation. As this is a one-time purchase (not a subscription), there is no automatic renewal.

3. Refunds

Refunds are subject to Apple's refund policy. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com. We do not process refunds directly; all payment and refund processes are handled by Apple.

4. Restoring purchases

You can restore your Premium purchase on any device by signing in with the same Apple ID and using the "Restore purchase" option in the app's Settings section. The purchase is restored at no additional cost.

5. Nature of the calculations

snowballFi is a financial education and illustration tool. Calculations are based on standard mathematical models (compound interest, nominal rate, 4% rule, etc.) and assume constant conditions over time. Results are theoretical projections and do not constitute financial, investment or tax advice. Always consult a qualified professional before making investment decisions.

Interest rates, inflation and taxes are variables that may change over time. The app does not guarantee that projected results will match the actual returns of any specific investment.

6. Intellectual property

All rights to the app, its design, source code, trade name "snowballFi" and its content belong to the developers (albeasystems). Any reproduction, distribution or reverse engineering, in whole or in part, without prior written authorisation is prohibited.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from the use of, inability to use, or reliance on the results of the app. The app is provided "as is" and "as available".

8. Advertising

The free version includes ads served by Google AdMob. By using the free version, you accept that ads may be shown. You can permanently remove all ads by purchasing Premium.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top of this page shows when the most recent revision was made. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
