Privacy Policy
This policy explains how Albea Systems ("we", "us") handles information when you use the levelplaymonetization app for iPhone and iPad ("the App").
In short
- There is no account and no server of ours. We do not receive your data.
- Your LevelPlay credentials are stored in the iPhone Keychain, on your device only.
- The free version shows ads served by third-party networks, which have their own data practices. You choose whether to allow tracking.
- Payments are handled entirely by Apple.
1. Information we do not collect
The App does not require registration. We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, location, contacts, photos or any other personal identifier. We do not run a backend, and we do not include analytics or crash-reporting SDKs of our own.
2. Information stored on your device
The following stays on your device and is never sent to us:
- LevelPlay credentials (Secret Key and Refresh Token), stored in the iOS Keychain once you choose to connect your account.
- Preferences, such as language, display currency, alert rules, onboarding state and whether you own Pro.
- Reports (PDF or CSV) are generated on your device. They only leave it if you share them through the iOS share sheet.
You can remove your credentials at any time with Settings, Disconnect and delete credentials. Deleting an app does not always delete its Keychain items on iOS, so disconnect before you uninstall.
3. Connections the App makes
- LevelPlay (Unity). When you connect your account, your device requests your revenue and performance data directly from LevelPlay's reporting service, using your credentials. We never see these requests or the data they return. LevelPlay's own terms and privacy policy apply to that data.
- Exchange rates. To show revenue in your chosen currency, the App downloads public reference rates from frankfurter.dev. No personal data is sent, although the service can see your IP address as any website would.
- Apple. Purchases, restore purchases and the tracking permission prompt run through Apple services.
Without a connected account, the App shows demo data and does not contact LevelPlay.
4. Advertising in the free version
The free version shows banner, interstitial and rewarded video ads through Unity LevelPlay mediation. Ads can be served by Unity Ads, Google AdMob and Meta Audience Network. To serve and measure ads, these companies may collect device identifiers (including the advertising identifier, only if you allow tracking), your IP address, device and app information, and your interactions with ads. They act under their own policies:
You are in control:
- Tracking. Before showing personalized ads, the App asks for permission through Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt. You can change your choice any time in iOS Settings, Privacy & Security, Tracking.
- Consent. In regions where it is required, such as the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom, a Google-certified consent form is shown at launch. When it applies, you can reopen it from Settings, Privacy options.
- Pro. With the Pro purchase, ads are not shown.
In line with our App Store privacy details, advertising data and device identifiers may be used by these networks for third-party advertising.
5. Purchases
The optional Pro purchase is processed by Apple through StoreKit. We do not receive or store payment information. Apple handles the transaction under its own privacy policy.
6. Notifications and background refresh
If you create alert rules, the App can send local notifications and check your data in the background when iOS allows it. Notifications are created on your device. We do not operate a push notification server.
7. System permissions
The App may ask for permission to send notifications and to track across apps and websites (for ads). It does not request access to your camera, microphone, contacts, location or photos.
8. Children
The App is a professional tool for app publishers and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
9. Your rights
Because we do not hold your personal data, there is usually nothing for us to access, correct or delete. For data held by LevelPlay or by the advertising networks above, contact them using the links in section 4. If you have a question about your privacy rights, including under the GDPR, write to us and we will help.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows the current version. Significant changes will be announced in an App Store update.
